Default Still sluggish..

Hey everyone
so in the past I made a post about what gear ratio to get with running my 33" tires. Before I had the 3.55 and the truck was a dog especially hauling my little camper merging on highway was scary.
so eventually I saved enough money and got 4.10 gears installed through a great shop near town.
So I havent hauled the camper yet to see the difference (because its winter here up in Canada right now) but I did take my quad out riding today and had it in my box. On highway it struggles bad going up hills she is still a dog! Pretty upsetting after spending a couple grand not getting a noticeable difference. What's the next move? Build me a nice transmission?? If I wasnt so invested and in love with this truck I should of got a diesel by now..

Sounds like it's engine or exhaust related. What motor do you have?

That's not good news. You feel no noticeable improvement since going to 4.10s? Are you sure the shop didn't take your money and split? Is the speedo off?

Speedo Speed off I checked with gps. No they did not I got pictures as proof and got my old gears back . Only thing I notice is it shifts quicker in first gear which is nice before it kinda dragged into it .

Is that a throttle body spacer I see there? If so, might just as well get rid of it. They do nothing on a port fuel injected engine.

What other mods were done to the engine?

Ya it is and it's not on there anymore. Has a comp cam and when the engine was built the mechanic used hypotek and mopar performance parts. Other then that like I stated before. Magnaflow muffler with the cat cut out . Afe air intake . After market tranny oil cooler with a deep pan. I have looked into the plenum repair but do not notice it being an issue yet
