I was wondering could it be the torque converter ticking? I know my 83 Camaro had an issue before I LS swapped it. That seemed to fix the issue!

Careful with that, if you start disassembling their motor, they may void your warranty.

No, that's not tc.

Nah I don't think it's an exhaust leak. I got some nice think stainless manifolds which are ceramic coated. I even used ARP bolts for them lol. I swear I've thrown enough money into this truck I should have just bought a 4th Gen lol

Ok, so I talked to the company today and they said to pull the valve covers and see if any of the rockers maybe loose and to check the push rods to make sure they didn't get clogged with anything. So as I was going through, I was checking Cylinder 4s exhaust pushrod and found that it was semi clogged. So I blew it out, cleaned it up, and will be seeing if that could have been the issue. Wish me luck haha

Edit: ok, so figured out the tick! Ran the motor with the valve cover off and Cylinder 4 exhaust lifter is definitely not pumping up anywhere near the same as every other lifter. So looks like I'll be replacing them all. Next question is, can I remove them without pulling the heads?

I *think* so, but am not 100% on that. Check the service manual for your truck.
