I have started to notice a very slight "miss" and that the motor is running just a tad rougher at idle than normal but not as bad as if you pulled a spark plug wire while its running

Crank sensor is still factory to my knowledge.
I'll swap the coil real quick and see what happens

EDIT: Swaped OEM coil back in. No changes, still slightly rough idle, still have CEL, rev limit still wacky
Idle RPMs are steady and dont move all over the place

No, it only flashed when it initially came on, it's been a solid light ever since

Clear codes, and run it again. Mine would eventually clear the CEL, but, if I stepped hard on the go-pedal, it would start flashing (indicating misfires) and set some codes. Replacing the crank sensor fixed mine.......

I'll test that out and see what happens. If I have to replace that sensor, hopefully this issue never comes back

Be sure and use a genuine mopar sensor....... these trucks really don't like the aftermarket fellers.

If you have an O Scope you can verify if it's good, but I doubt you do.

UPDATE:
Cleared codes using my scanner (dash light went off and scanner said all codes wiped)
Ran the truck around for a while
OEM ignition coil was used
Heres what I found:
Initially
Truck idles at 700 in park/neutral
-runs smooth, hard to tell if it's missing
CEL came on, Codes were P0300 (Random misfire detected), P0304 (Cylinder 4 Misfire)
Cleared codes again
After this point I could start to feel the miss
At idle in park (700rpm) it is very faint and hard to tell it's missing. Put it in gear, rpm drops to 600 and it's much more noticeable. While driving it's hard to tell that its missing but I can definitely feel it is. Miss still isnt as bad as if you pulled the plug wire but its definitely there. Rev limiter still acting up. CEL is active again with the P0300 and P0304

When I got home I checked the plug wire at the plug and the distributor, all seemed fine. Not sure what the issue is. I might replace the crank sensor just for fun depending on how cheap I can get it (mopar replacement of course)
I'm gonna go back and check the injector plugs and make sure they are all still good. Other than that, I'm at a loss for what's going on. Any more advice/knowledge is welcomed, thanks y'all

EDIT: Swapped the ACCEL ignition coil, because why not. Checked all my injector harness connections (no issues), checked all fuses just in case (no issues). Crank sensors are looking to be 65$-110$ I see if I can pick one up on the cheap, swap it out and see what happens. Still at a loss for the issues. Also strange that initially the truck threw codes for 4 cylinders missing plus the random miss, now its only one cylinder and the random miss. Would the death flash have anything to do with this? Now that the plenum is repaired and timing is correct, maybe the flash is taking over? I'm not sure if I have the death flash or how to check for it but it seems like a possibility. I also added the timing chain tensioner off the v6 magnum, would that have any affect on the timing and therefore causing these problems?
