Default A bit vibration at idle(roughidle)

Hey guys so been a while since I've been on here truck has been doing great, never have any issues over the winter. Always comes afterwards, anyways so today the idle just started being quite a bit crappy. I've had valve seals, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, plenum gasket and some other stuff done at the end of last year so oil is no issue anymore holds up great. I filled up my the fuel tank for the first time in a while now that we got our stimulus checks, I dont usually drive far enough to fill up the whole tank and I put 8fl ozs of Marvel mystery oil in as they recommend 4fl ozs per 10 gallons. For some reason getting a decent amount of vibration and the truck wants to like jump almost if I'm on a incline and in drive will want to keep trying to go forward without my foot on the gas and when I go over to brake. I think the IAC is prone to issues on the 2nd gens right? Here and there at first startup of the day will make a really weird squealing/whining noise at idle then goes away as I'm driving doesnt sound like it's the belt that is making the noise because every other time of the day it doesnt do it and it wont happen everyday. Can hear the noise from inside the house. The truck still has great performance though 👍
no lights are on the dash, the idle will go down to 700 once idling down the after 5-10 seconds goes down to the usual 600 and bounces from 6-650

Sounds like a bit of a vacuum leak.

Check engine light came on tonight. It's a misfire from cylinder 5, pulled it up on my scanner.

How old are your plugs? Pull the plug on 5, and see what it looks like.

Was hoping not to have anything go bad/faulty this year but at least it's just spark plugs. Have had so much work done to the truck this past year. Engine is pretty much rebuilt now. Only thing left to do are control arms and leaf springs/shackles planning on doing them this summer.
