Rare Parts makes an adjustable track bar that is supposed to bolt on to the existing bracket. I actually have one on order right now for a 2 inch lift I am planning to do on my truck. I’m going to give it a shot because I don’t want to deal with a bracket either. That being said, your lift is obviously a lot more extreme than that, so not sure the geometry would be that great for you.

I use this adjustable track bar on my '96 Ram 2500 4x4. I also states that it will work on a '94-01 1500 4x4 up to 3" lift. May want to check with the manufacturer for something that works for 5" lift.

I have the RC 5" kit on my 2001 1500 4x4. I have a DOR HD Track bar kit sitting my garage.... From what I saw, their kit seemed the beefiest and has heim joints on both ends.

Yeah, it's a quality piece, but, think I would still rather have bushing at each end, preferably urethane..... doesn't transmit every bump and wiggle in the road to the body.

The one I built uses Heims, and I don't feel much vibration doesn't help I basically have no shocks
