I have a 1994 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.2.. i have replaced the fuel pump crankshaft position sensor and ignition coil and still have the crank no start issue..
I would suggest checking for spark and installing a fuel pressure gauge the next time you crank the starter. Although since you replaced the fuel pump, make sure all the air is out of the lines. A spray starting fluid might help with that.

Check coil pickup in the distributor I doubt you have spark
