99 Ram 2500 IOD fuse good but Dome, Cargo, hood lights out, seatbelts locked etc

Black case meant the cage around the fuse that is #12.. So I have been looking at the right one, I believe.

Found the CTM.. two screws and it is out.. I will test the power and look at getting a new CTM.. Will let you know the results.. thanks

Verify the part is bad before you get a new CTM as it has to have you VIN programmed to it. Pull whatever is easiest for you and verify you have power and ground. Report back and I'll try to help you

Ok I'll keep an eye out. Never just throw parts at it. Do you have the factory service manual? If so trace the circuit and see where you lose the power at (if you don't have any)

No I don't have the factory service manual.. I just got this truck a couple months back for my son to use.. I will look for the service manual.

Here is the wiring for IOD fuse 12 out of the Junction Box, this shows all the items that I am having issues with coming out of the IOD fuse.. the Central Timer Module only shows the dome light.

As I said my memory isn't that great at the moment lol. Do any of those things work? Such as the power mirror switch?

Yes that's the one. Do you have power there ? I hope you have a test light or voltmeter at hand. Even if you don't they are cheaper than new parts.

Also, the CTM is not on the circuit that is powered by fuse 12 so I don't think that's the culprit. The seat belt control module is though.
