I've checked most of the vacuum lines for a leak and they all seem to be in good shape. There was one that was in bad shape and I replaced it.

Would a weak fuel pump cause issues only when warm? It runs very well when you're on the throttle.

Need to see what fuel pressure is doing when it wants to stall. Which means a gauge with a long enough hose that you can see it while driving. (tape the gauge to the windshield.)

If fuel pressure is good, need to see what fuel trims are doing when it stalls. I think an easy test would be to unplug the front O2 sensor, and see if anything changes.

@Hey You

When I unplugged the O2 sensor nothing changed unfortunately .

I can tell you that whenever it stalls I can smell the unburnt fuel from the exhaust. It's continuing to get fuel for sure, but apparently not spark or air in the correct proportion to the fuel.

That sounds like either a stuck fuel injector. In the open position. Or, because of erronious commands from the ECM, the injector is being commanded to stay on. What are your short and long term fuel trims say?

I'm not sure on the fuel trims. I will try and use my scanner to find those numbers for you.

I just ordered a genuine Mopar IAC as well, so hopefully that solves the issue once and for all.

Don't forget to reset the PCM when you put in the new IAC.

I'm back!

The New Genuine Mopar IAC came in and I installed it, I also reset the PCM by disconnecting the battery for an extended period of time.

Unfortunately my problem still persists.

One thing that's odd is that sometimes the truck will "catch itself" just before it dies and raise the RPM. Other times it just slowly dies.

Tonight I plan to take my scanner out for a drive and see if I can spot anything. If it comes back empty I'll likely reach out to a local mobile mechanic and have him come take a look.

Slight update: I'm going to have the local mobile mechanic who lives down the street come take a look at it.

I'll be sure to keep this thread updated so that it might help people in the future.

Note: Guess this is what you get when you buy a $1820 truck lol

The local mobile mechanic came and diagnosed the truck today.

He noted that he received a code for the crank position sensor and advised that I replace the crank sensor.

I will be picking up a crank sensor this week and hopefully get it installed.
