Default Tras not down shifting in to first gear

I recently replaced the governor pressure shift solenoid and transducer and 3/4 spring in my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 46re. Was working perfectly fine for a couple days and then all of a sudden now once it goes out of first gear it will not go back into first gear, even from a stop. It will go into first gear if I put it if I manually shift it to first gear. Also has a p code P-175

Need the complete P-code. Where the zero goes makes a big difference.

PCM doesn't like the governor pressure information its getting. So, bad connection somewhere, or, bad part.....
