Default What is a safe range for compression (5.9 Magnum)

I bought a motor a month ago on short notice before the long weekend. Only got around to firing up today and when I went to test the starter and no fuel I got the wonderful sight of water coming out the oil filter hole. So then I thought that's not good and wanted to see how much water was in there... Turns out more than I'd ever expect. https://youtu.be/Tgeaf8osfE4
So obviously the next step is to test compression let's see how that looks. 2 - 130psi

4- 120 psi

6- 150 psi

8- 80 psi

1- 130ps

3- 105psi

5-130psi

7-150psi

So that's not great, I had bought a motor from the same place 6 months ago and figured I didn't need to get it all verified myself. But clearly something went wrong in communication. I'm fairly certain the guy is going to make things right with me but just wondering what good compression should be in these engines when I go back. Clearly this boat anchor isn't a good example.

According to theory, 100 PSI is minimum, and all cylinders should be within 10% of each other. That motor fails on both counts.
