The problem I had when replacing one, was the hole in the water pump had some rough edges, and getting the o-ring past them, without damaging it, was not easy. Couple seconds with a die grinder to clean things up a bit, and it went right in, and did not leak.
Hey everyone, Just wanted to give an update on the TC replacement. It is COMPLETE !!!!! She runs like a champ. I hope I am done for now. Last month the suspension, this month the oil pump and TC...In the last 2-3 months I have spent around $1,200. I am hoping to get another 200,000 out of her.
