Default Rough idling - occasionally shuts off in reverse

Ok so basically I don’t know what else to do.... I just can’t figure it out...

it’s a 97 Ram 1500 5.9L.. it’s idling rough and sometimes stalls in reverse when I park it, but it starts right back up but again idles rough... I’ve had it in the shop for two weeks, these are the parts I’ve replaced so far just to figure out what may fix it... none have fixed the issue.... I did replace the ECM due to no crank sensor reference on the board...

replaced....

Idle Air Control

ECM

Spark plugs

Map sensor

cleaned the hell out of the Throttle body and even put sea foam to clean it out

put sea foam in the fuel tank

New air filter (replaced the long intake thing that hangs off the throttle body with a triangle one since it had a crack)

honestly idk what else to do, I just bought the upstream and downstream O2 sensor even though after test it came back good...

anyone else have any ideas?? Have you had this issue? It’s weird because I replaced the fuel sender assy a couple of months ago which has the pump and regulator on it.

when I’m at a light and I wait the idling is rough and I can see the rpms Reving up and down it’s weird it’s kind like when your transmission is slipping but obviously it’s not that, also the exhaust is pretty strong.

help. Please. Thank you

First thing is first we need to test not guess. Do you have a scan tool or code reader?

How's the cap and rotor? Yep, they are fun to get to...... Also sometimes caused by a marginal crank position sensor.....

You need to be able to see live data. One you can monitor that we all can help you find the problem

We aren't looking for codes.
