See if you can find where it's coming from. My first guess would be either the bypass hose from water pump to intake, next would be timing cover, third would be freeze plug. On mine, the one behind the engine mount sprung a leak. Coolant would flow along the oil pan, and drip off at the back of the motor.

Could be unrelated and loosing it through the heater core my 01 took quite awhile losing coolant before it finally got the floor wet. Turn your heater on and see if you can smell it. If not then it’s either leaking in the bay somewhere and you just aren’t seeing it or it’s drinking it. Any white smoke? How’s your oil look?
