As HeyYou said. If it is losing coolant and you can't see it it's probably burning it.

Could be unrelated and loosing it through the heater core my 01 took quite awhile losing coolant before it finally got the floor wet. Turn your heater on and see if you can smell it. If not then it’s either leaking in the bay somewhere and you just aren’t seeing it or it’s drinking it. Any white smoke? How’s your oil look?
