Looking to replace transfer case but having a hard time finding a used one does any one know if the one from a 1500 would fit same motor on the 1500

 

1500 probably used the NV231, 2500 used the NV241, and there was also an HD version of the 241. (came behind diesels...... and *I think* 8.0s as well.....) Dimensions probably aren't far off, but, the 231 is a weaker case than what you have. If yours hasn't blown itself a part, they are rebuildable.
