Default TPS Error Code P0123

So today while driving home from fishing, she threw EC P0123. When I got home I checked and it stated that the ECM read a High Input from the TPS. did some quick research and noticed that I installed mine upside down, wire connector was on top instead of bottom. So I cleared the EC and repositioned it so that the connector was on th bottom. Started her up and she just sounds a little rough but, she has not thrown the code yet. I have not drove her just started and rev'd her a couple times.....What do you guys think?

Did you ever disconnect the computer when you replaced the TPS?

You should. Lets the PCM relearn zero values for that sensor.
