Unplug the O2 sensors and drive it for a while. I bet it still stalls.

The O2 sensors just don't have that much influence, if the truck runs good otherwise, the sensors are doing their job. More likely, you have some other sensor that is failing. Crank sensors are notorious for heat related issues.... If the truck runs fine, and then just quits like you turned the key off, even while driving down the road, I would be looking at the crank sensor first.

i cleaned the cat and nothing new happened. but its hot now in louisiana and its only running for 10-15 minutes. when it went for north of an hour it was really cold. i'm going to put the old crank sensor back and see what happens. its got something to do with an overheat, but i changed everything at this point but all the wires. i still can't find any that look bad.

May be the PCM too...... some bad solder joints, and something similar.

i put old crank shaft sensor in and now it seems to shut down the second the temperature reads operating temp. i'm guessing this is different then before but i still need to do some timed testing.

Try swapping the ASD relay with either the A/C relay or the fuel pump relay. These relays can cause headaches as well. If you can, put a fuel pressure gage on the injector rail n see what she reads just before she heats up n shuts down.
