Default 5.9 Head bolt tq.

OK, This may be a dumb question, but here goes.

According to the 2000 FSM the headbolts are torqued in 2 stages. 50lbs then 105lbs.
Here is my question. after torquing all to 50, do you just go back and re-torque to 105, or do you loosen the bolt, 1 at a time, and then torque to 105?
Thanks for your help.

You don't loosen you just restart the sequence and go to 105
