Unplug the front O2 sensor, see if things improve.

weird note my up stream and downstream o2 sensors are on different pipes before the y because of a cat delete. This hasn't been a problem before and its ran fine like that I'm just wondering what the o2 sensor unplugging will do.

If the sensor is bad, your truck will run better. O2 sensors have a variety of failure modes that make your truck run horrible, but, so far as the PCM is concerned, everything is fine... so, no codes.
