Default Top speed of driving with OD off?

Hi all, so I just bought a 3300 lb enclosed trailer to haul my mustang around in. The mustang probably weighs 3000, so the total weight my 1998 ram 2500 v8 will be pulling will be 7k at the most. And I was wondering, since I will obviously be driving with overdrive off, what is the fastest speed I could drive while not messing up the truck? I often drive up to 7 hours towing stuff, so I usually drive around 75-80 mph. I don't expect this to be possible with OD off, but does anyone else have experience with this and know what the "safe top speed" for this kind of driving would be??
Thanks a ton!!

Just have to watch the RPMs and make sure it doesn't redline. I never went faster than 65 because that was the top speed in my state

Yeah, basically keep it under 3K RPM..... Gas mileage is gonna suck.

Top speed will be when you are hitting the redline.
