Default No power to fuel pump

Hello all. Ive searched several forums trying to figure out a fuel pump issue and seem to see some funky solutions. I installed new pump a couple months ago. Has worked fine. Come to find out I really didn't need a new pump. It was the F8 fuse. 4 days ago and I'm not getting power to fuel pump. Changed and checked all fuses and have tried jumping relay and get nothing. Checked pcm fuse it's good and did a pcm reset even. At a loss and looking for input. Thank you

Moving this to second gen ram section for ya.

Does the pump prime when you first turn the key on?

Grab the service manual for your truck from here.

Try putting a jumper across the fuel pump relay, see if the pump runs/engine will start.

I tried jumping pin #30 and #87. Nothing. I also have power on both sides of fuse #8

One thing that has me curious is when fuel relay clicks my ac clutch clicks too. If pull fuse #8 with key in the on position and plug fuse back in I can hear pump prime. But when you try to start fuel doesn't pump.

Is that fuse 8 in the junction block in the side of the dash, or in the PDC under the hood?

If pulling/replacing the fuse causes the pump to run, it should also run when you first turn the key on.... That's kinda weird.

So, you obviously are getting power at pin 30..... Does the relay click when you first turn the key on? (should click once, then three seconds later, click again.)

Yes it's #8 in the PDC. Pin 30 is constant 12v and when I checked the pins with key in on position I have power to pin 30 87 and 86. I know this because I didn't push relay all the way down and touched the relay pins with tester. I know relay clicks when I turn key on and pull #8 fuse and push it back in. I'm by myself so it's hard to test power at fuel pump.
