Okay hopefully someone responds but I got the hose and fixed the one area on the intake, but I still don’t know what the one behind the engine is it is a green hose does it not attach or does it?

That's the vent line for the vacuum system for 4 wheel drive. That is exactly where it is supposed to be. Nothing else connects to it.

Welp still has a vacuum leak whenever I’m in drive and floor it ac vents turn off or go into over drive gears, I’m thinking vacuum resivore if it shuts off vents while driving I guess I could just do the propane leak detection technique. Why couldn’t dodge had spent the extra money on cables or linkage for stuff instead of vacuum hose purely to make someone mad 20 years later.

Check your check valves, After 20 plus years they tend to go bad. Also check the line running to the throttle actuator for the cruise control. They like to crack.
