Default 1999 Dodge Ram

Hello, I have a 1999 Dodge Ram. I have noticed that my transmission has problems shifting with 3rd and 4th gear. When at higher speeds I noticed that it likes to stay on 3rd gear running at 3.5 to 4 rpm's. When I let off the gas it shifts to 4th but decreases speed rapidly. When I get back on the gas to get up to speed again it will downshift to 3rd and hold once again. I am thinking that the input or output sensor could be bad but I'm not sure Anybody else have this problem or know how to fix it.

P.S. I was having problems with the transmission slipping from 3rd to fourth and replaced fluid and added ATF fluid conditioner where it did help but it does every once in a while slip at higher rpm's. Also has hard time shifting when trying to get up to speed quickly. Only way to shift while speeding up quickly is to let off gas a little.

Adding anti slip is a bad idea and you could have ruined the transmission.
