Default 97 ram 1500 rpm flutter at highway speed

Hi guys, I’ve read a bunch of these threads about similar problem and nothing has worked.
ive replaces the tps iac map cleaned throttle body cap plugs wires rotor coil with standard motor products
Then this morning on the highway cruising it felt like someone quickly flipped a light switch(like a chug/ all power loss) as fast as a eye blink. That happened twice and again at idle in a drive thru.

maybe fuel issue. It’s the original pump

Gotta be electrical, and more likely ignition, rather than fuel. I might be tempted to swap the ASD relay, and the horn relay, see if the problem goes away.
