PCM doesn't get a clue for 4wd. Unless it's 01 or newer. If it is from a 97 you need to take your harness and sensors out of the original trans and put it in this trans
Didn't the sensor values change in the 00 model year?? Or was it 99???
Below is the thread for the trans #'s if it helps any. You also can look for the year casting, It's the last two digits of the year so a 2000 would be 00 and looks like this...
