Default How to calibrate blend door actuator?

So I'm rebuilding my HVAC box, and I want to make sure the blend door actuator is going to work as it should before I put the dash back on. Any tips on the best way to test it before I put the dash back together?

What year? Don't think there is any adjustment with the pre blend door motor types except to get the cable adjusted with the door for max heat.

It's a 2000. Not sure what cable you're referring to.

Procedure for that is in the Service manual. Get one here. On the older trucks, the blend door is cable operated.
