I installed the JBA headers myself. The biggest pain was getting the old exhaust manifolds off. The bolts holding the exhaust manifolds to the head were hard to remove due to rust/age, but with a torch and some candle wax, I got them all off. The JBA headers were very easy to install from there and I connected them to the stock Y pipe. Later on, I had a local muffler shop install the new cat, 3" muffler, 3" pipes and new O2 sensors.

There are gains to be had with headers, but, whether you will notice or not is open to debate. They help everything else work better though too.....
The throttle body spacer does nothing on a port fuel injected engine. Aside from lighten your wallet.
I think a tune to go with that cam would help as well.
