Help needed
I have a 98 ram 1500 ext cab 4x4 with a 5.2 and I am searching for a transmission I found a transmission from a 2001 1500 and I was looking for a answer. Will the 01 transmission work in my 98 ???? Please help

It will work but you will need take the harness from the inside of your trans and switch it into the new one. It's not hard.
Change the fluid and filter, and maybe adjust the bands while you have it open.
