If the truck honks when using the remote lock the relay etc is working fine. The CTM is connected to the wiring from the horn buttons via a joint connector under the dash. It's likely the clock spring has an issue, or maybe the wiring along the steering column. Look for a fairly thin black/red wire.

[QUOT=MoparFanatic21;3500589]I do own a test light but unfortunately I don't have access to a 2nd person tonight. If you have a suggestion I might be able to try it tomorrow. Thanks!
Ok on the relay you would stick the test light in pin 85 (look under the relay the pins should be labeled) it will be a Black/Red wire. Connect your test light to power as the horn switch ground the circuit. You might be able to see it from inside the cab or reach in the window and press the button. It should light up. Let me know what you find
I tried the test light on terminal 85, no light. Does that mean the problem is in the steering column?

Then yes you have an issue with the wiring from the switch to the relay. Do you own the FSM? If not download it from the FAQ section wiring is in 8W
