Does anyone know max screen size for the new bezel that came out this summer? Amazon don’t show dimensions! Thanks

Double DIN is a standard size mounting/opening, so it should be the same for all bezels.
The maximum screen size is going to be dictated by the head unit manufacturer and how much of the available face area they use for the screen.

My Pioneer AVH-1300NEX is 6.2”

I looked they don't listen dimensions. You could call/email them. You can also get a floating screen radio which puts the screen outside the bezel and they make them as big as 12"

True... I forgot about the flip up screen models... but those would put the screen in front of the vents.
Maybe not such an issue if you’re in a cooler climate and don’t use A/C much.

Not a flip up it's a floating screen. You can mice the screen up/down and left/right. Here is an example
