In that case, there are adapters you need, and I *think* the compression tester goes in in place of the injectors? Not really sure on that, I don't generally do diesels.
thanks. I have just passed by the compression test and I will just do a leak down test when I get the block on the stand. But I assume I have to plus the hole that the fuel rail screws into? Unless this part does not allow the air to escape around it. If so I will do the compression test prior to removing anything further. So far I have the whole front clip removed. All the rads minus the ac rad(have to get system evacuated)

You don't have to plug the fuel feed tube holes, the tool seals at the bottom and air can only go out the top hole.
