hello all
i have a 2000 dadoge ram 1500 196,000 miles
i haven't started it in almost 3 weeks but i went to start it yesterday and it clicked like the battery was dead so i assumed it was i took it to auto zone today and battery was good and had a 41% charge on it so they scharged it and now the truck isn't doing anything the lights and stuff work but not even trying to start i tapped the starter and nothing
i switched some relays around under the hood fuse box and nothing i can still hear the relay kicking in but that all
any ideas ??
thanks in advance
I would try a different battery. Just because they charged it and claim it's good doesn't make it true. Remy gold starters are reasonable priced on Rock Auto. You can get a new one cheaper than a reman from a parts store.
So I fixed the issue and I feel like an idiot lol
so I thought I checked all the fuses but after a few hours I rechecked everything and I found a small fuse under the hood that I did t see before and it was blown lol but thank u all for ur suggestions
