Getting power to the pump? Does the gas gauge work? How much gas in the tank?

Gas gauge works and the tanks at 3/4, but the harness at the pump end isnt showing any power

If you bypass the relay, do you get power? (pin 30, to pin 86)

Swap your a/c and fuel pump relays in the relay box. If it starts then, you've got a bad relay. It's winter so you can go a bit without a/c. Get a new relay and swap the a/c one back.
