Default Clicking when in 4wd near transfer case or front drive shaft

2001 Dodge Ram 1500 sport 5.9 gas. When in 4wd there is clicking from under neath truck. Sounds like near transfer case. I replaced ujoints. I jacked truck off the ground and put it 4wd and it does not make any noise. But on the ground I put the truck in 4wd low or high and start driving slow it starts clicking. Any clue Thanks

Something that is only stressed while under load.... So, still, could be anything. Chains tend to stretch.... I know that was the problem on my 96.
