01 ram 1500 5.9 no heat

Plug in with a scanner, and see what temp the PCM thinks the engine is. My gauge was reading what I thought was "Low" also, so, I changed the thermostat, only to find, that's where it generally sits at 195 degrees. I was not a happy camper.
