I see that Amazon has some:
Amazon Amazon

Perhaps just order one on Amazon and give them my VIN #. That may be my only issue.....Maybe not the Throttle, 02 sensor or other modules as this was the only codes?

Entirely possible.

Problem with ordering online is, if there is a problem, you can only chat with them via whatever method they offer. Not all of 'em have a phone number...... I like getting them from the local parts store, so if there is a problem, I can show up on their doorstep, and talk to a real human being. Unfortunately, most of the 'remanufacturers' of PCM's have a horrid reputation...... and they change names fairly often, to dodge their shoddy rep.

I was not aware that local parts stores had these things. It appears they have to be "programmed with your specific VIN#?) Has anyone had a source for a ECM that they were happy with?

If that is the only codes, should be all I would have to need to replace then?

There may be other issues that haven't prompted the PCM to set codes yet. But, the PCM does indeed need to be replaced.
