Timing belt hasn't broke have looked through inspection cover on timing belt cover and cam is turning. How's the timing on your truck. Being a interference engine on a neon hope haven't bent any valves but then again haven't heard any noise like tapping knocking going on cranking engine could be a good sign tough to say. Maybe chain on your truck jump a tooth being it's a 1997 have a cam sensor? Out of sync with crank sensor could be causing no start from doing more research. Probably good DODGE does this keep you from having major engine damage out of sync cam/crank sensor telling you timing might be off?

It's got great fuel pressure. I checked the fire again and it's a orange brown. I always thought it should be a strong blue/white. So maybe coil is the problem, what do you all think
