Default Burning oil..

Recently got the exhaust on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 done out to the stock tailpipe location and I noticed that when the truck idles for about 30 seconds and you hit the gas it lets out some white smoke. Trying to figure out whether this would be the plenum or valve guide seals, no noticeable smoke when I’m driving. Only smokes after idling or when starting the truck. About 500 miles after an oil change and I’m about halfway down the dipstick.

That's usually one of the telltale signs of valve stem failure. I have 250K on my 5.2. A couple'o years back, I replaced mine n my oil consumption went from about 1 qt per thousand miles to about 1/2 qt per oil change.

Coolant level hasn’t moved after months of driving, so hopefully that’s not the issue
it isn’t like thick white smoke , definitely has a blue tint to it but it isn’t completely that dark blue color. It won’t let me upload the video so here’s a picture of what it looks like.
