I've just wanted to have a picture of what it is before it's put on a truck. All info is for my 2001 1500 4X4. There are similar items for the older 2nd gens.
RAM 1500 2500 4WD Adjustable Panhard Track Bar for 0"-4" Of Lift (EBay/xpowermotor))
2000-2002 Ram 1500 2500 4WD Steering Gear Box Stabilizer Bar For 0-6" Lift Kit (Ebay/xpowermotor)
Steering Tie Rod End Assembly Front Mevotech MS25656 (Fits: 2009 Dodge RAM 2500) (EBay/qualityplusparts)
Now to wait for them to come in and install. Will update this later.
Stesting won't work unless your team the knuckles tapers are different
That's The "upgraded" T steering for the 3rd gens which only fit 99-02 2500s
It's the upgraded "T" steering from a 2009 2500. If this is the wrong setup I need for my 2001 RAM 1500, what is the right one? There is no definitive answer on the web unless you have 2500/3500. Yes I've searched for about 4 hours trying to find an answer for a 1500. I can get the deloron disc/puck to put in there so it doesn't roll. If it fit's a 2500/3500 doesn't it fit a 1500 solid axle?

That kit was originally sold as an upgrade to the 3rd gen 2500/3500 steering and Dodge even installed them on the 3rd gens as a TSB. That kit fits the 2000-2002 2500/3500 but the 1500 2nd gens have a different taper. One guy claimed it worked but never followed up. If you don't mind modifying the steering knuckle then it will fit. But for it to be a bolt on kit for a 1500 they would be a maybe. I can't say for sure it fits our it doesn't.
The 2008+ 2500 kits does NOT fit our trucks. Technically. The 2001 it supposedly will fit the knuckles but you may have to shorten the threaded rod where the two tie rods meet in the sleeve as the D44 is shorter than the AAM. For us with 99 and older, we can use the 98-99 kit fine but we have to purchase each piece separately.

Thanks, exactly what I was looking for. Cutting/modifying a bit off the end isn't a problem for me. Heck I can reem the knuckles out if I need to. Just being lazy for a "drop in".

Don't hold me to it, that's just what I've gleaned over the years myself. If you're comfortable modifying the kit or your axle, then more power to you. The T setup is much stiffer and you can leave off the stabilizer shock. Only be ready to chase the roll or flop. Mine has been bad forever and I've put three different types of washers and spacers on both ends of the tie rods. The drag link still flops. So while my steering is stiffer for tracking and road joints, it still has a dead space and strains the pump and gear. Not sure if I'd recommend it.
