Default Door Alignment

I just have a really odd question you guys with a quad cab, do your doors line up with the roof or do they stick above the roof line a little bit? My gaps are good and the doors latch but the rear of the front doors and the front of the back doors stick up a bit

No, they don't. They line up really nicely with the roof line.

How is the gap at the bottom of the doors? Do you get a lot of wind noise at freeway speeds?

Maybe try bending the tops of the doors in a bit, see if that helps. (helps with wind noise too. )

I'm **** about the alignment you can see that the seal on the front doors isn't hitting the right spot. I just hope I don't have to touch the bolts for the front hinges under the dash because you can't get to them lol

Yeah, I discovered that when I was changing doors.... Talk about an idiotic design...... "Hey, I know, lets put some bolts on the INSIDE, so you have to pull the dash to take the hinges off!" Yeah, that was a good idea.... somewhere...... Maybe.....

From my understanding the ones under the dash are for forward and backwards movement which I don't think I need. At least I hope not lol

I had that same problem, but I discovered that our local O'Rielly's rents Lilyputians! If you feed them before you return them, you get allur money back!
