Default Scraping sound when accelerating from a standstill

Title says it all ive been having a strange scraping sound when i accelerate from a dead arop last a very short amount of tune maybe a second or two and doesnt do it while driving or when im above 5 mph. Also i have 97 2wd automatic 5.9 with 270k miles

i got the truck about two months ago so im not sure the last time anything was done to the brakes but they seem to be in good condition

it sounds like the scraping sound is coming from underneath the truck somewhere in the middle. Only happens when i press the gas at 0mph

Crawl under there, and look for shiny spots on things that move, or things that are near things that move. On mine, the heat shield on the gas tank would rub the driveshaft... fixed the clip that held it in place, and all was good.
