I was out getting gas in my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 yesterday and I noticed when I was pulling into my drive way the left turn signal wasn't working. The right one works fine. And the hazards had stopped working as well. However when the headlights/running lights are off the signals work like they should. So I went out and bought a new flasher relay and now the hazards work when the headlights are on but they are very dim. Oh, and the left signal still doesn't want to work. Somebody please help me!

 

Bad ground, or bad bulb somewhere.
