Default 98 1500 5.2. Pcm 920 921 999 codes on self check

So I was driving and it just died. Did self check came up with 920 921 999 . I had a 01 do the same thing so I know it's a pcm issue. So I bought a refurbished pcm online had it programmed with vin and mileage plugged it in and nothing still getting same codes and it won't start . my question is could it be bad wire behind dash( what's left of it. It is a dodge after all) or something else? Please help I need my truck back

Those are just cluster codes.

Do you get a No-Bus error on the odometer? Lights in the dash light up properly? Particularly the check engine lite.....

Ok, so, probably just a critical sensor failure. Need to find out what is missing. Fuel, or spark. Does the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key on? Are you getting spark to the plugs??

Swap the ASD relay with another one, like the horn relay. See if anything changes.

See if you are getting power back to the pump it's going to be hard and you will need two people. The pump only gets power for around 3 seconds unless engine is turning.

Do the fuel pump and ASD relays click when you first turn the key on?
