I could really use some help on this ive changed plugs wires, crank case gasket, plenum gasket , water pump, tps, iac, and acouple other things, still has a rough idle small knock and will lose all power even with the gas to the floor , then it'll stall out and die.

Rap on your catalytic converter a couple times, does it rattle? If so, it's probably failing, and plugging off the exhaust, and the engine simply won't run like that.
