Default 3 broken things all at once I need advice.

My truck for some time has had small stuffers and rpm jumping. I replaced 2 o2 Sensor from my old jeep Cherokee and it fixed the idle. Then my alternator went out. Then battery. Replaces them. (Now my truck had a very small unnoticeable shutter and then hermonic balancer shifted back 3 inches and rubbed a hole in my chain cover and I just replaced it. Looked around found belt was ripped in middle and gen light came on randomly. Turned truck off then on gen light was gone. It still shutters and now makes noises. If anyone knows the culprit or had a idea I'm all ears! Thanks (97 dodge ram 4x4 5 speed manual 318)

About 30k miles ago and have spilled battery acid all over plugs and I think spark is something like auto lite and I didn't mention I put new heads on and after i shut off there is a lifter ting sound when shut off. I have resealed my plenum gasket. She is also brighter on one side of head lights. If you put a meter to my truck bed it shows that there is power going threw it. The truck is a mess lol

Sounds like you have a selection of problems to iron out.

For the headlights, check the grounds. I think they are near the lamps themselves... depending on year... You can get a service manual for your truck from here, wiring diagrams are in section 8W. From those, you can see where the grounds are, and find them. I think it will also be helpful troubleshooting some of your other issues.
