Default Rear pinion leaking in front of differential. Seal?

Noticing a small leak where the drive shaft mates up to the rear diff. I believe I have a failed "pinion seal" - part number 52067596 (?). Is that all I need to replace, (typically), when you've got a little leak coming out the front of your rear diff??

Thanks in advance,

Jay

I would check the bearing for slop as well. The leak is usually the first sign of that bearing being on its way out.
