Default Sudden Loss of Power at Cruising Speeds, P0132

Hope someone might have some insight, as I'm at a loss.
So I've finally got the truck back on the road after a motor rebuild and cam swap (Hughes Cam) and while it runs perfectly normal most times, while cruising at highway speeds (50 ish) I'll randomly get symptoms of a dying fuel pump, jerking, loss of power, stumbling. Usually I'll take it out of gear and coast, then resume driving. I've only had one code thrown, a P0132 for an 02 sensor. I'm going to swap the front 02 tomorrow (it's a new 02 anyway), and I've already tried a new pump. Truck is a 1999 5.2 5 speed. Thanks in advance!

P0132 is "O2 sensor high voltage", and higher O2 voltage indicates a rich condition so the PCM reduces fuel which probably causes the drivability issues. On a 1999 the OBD2 can be helpful if you have a tool that can read live data. Look at the voltage from bank 1, sensor 1 and the short term fuel trim.

Could be the sensor itself (others hopefully chime in which brands work and which ones don't). Otherwise damaged wiring could bleed 12V heater voltage onto the sensor wires.

I have a new denso I'm going to throw in (old one is a brand new denso too). Could have a bad one from the box. Checked for frayed and damaged wiring last night. If this persists I will hook up the scan tool and see what I can find while driving.
