I've bought several vehicles south of me then sold them north of me. I'm right on the edge of the rust belt. 50 miles north they dissolve and 50 miles south you get mostly surface rust from sun burning the paint. The last truck I sold went nearly 200 miles north. I've sold them in Minnesota and Pennsylvania. I think the farthest I've sent a car was 12,000 miles to Australia.

I can post about 18 listings right now from Facebook marketplace if you have any doubts. And I know that's your way of being a smartass but personally I don't give a **** lol my door sticker does say the tow rating.

Dang Australia lol. They have some rust up here but diesel prices are high even higher then NY. Which I think drives the price down along with only one station in town sells diesel. I don't mind them but know nothing about them. I do far did 3 gasser swaps in diesels.

What is weird is the motors sell more then the trucks themselves. I sold the 24v to a guy who was I thinking putting in a Toyota.

Why would I lie about that? I have nothing to gain at all, but to each their own.

Thank You for all the feedback on this truck!!

Correction on the mileage - The engine has 221,000 miles on it.
It was On Auction and 600 miles from me so I could not take a look at it but they said they weren't allowing walk ins to look at them due to Covid 19 anyway.
I am attaching pictures of it. I won it at Top Dollar, a few G's over "NADA Clean Retail" said it was worth but I I spoke to the person in charge of the vehicles they have on auction down there and he said they operate on "Good Faith" so if I discover there is a MAJOR Problem with it when I take a look at it or after I leave and drive it a few miles down the road... They will consider a Full Refund as they dont know the current condition of the truck except while it is parked in their yard for auction.
It is currently owned by CA. Forestry Dept. but it looks to have started out with the CAL FIRE Dept.

I believe the seat in it is NOT the Original seat, I will need to replace it with an original seat from eBay or possibly a local U-Pull It Junkyard.

It is located in Davis CA. and I will be driving back home to Portland OR.

I am attaching a vid of the engine running from their auction site. (below)

Here are a few pictures of it.....

I do NOT Know.

***I asked in the opening of this topic what anyone thought the "Engine Light ON When Engine Running" would be caused by, when the engine is running. Not much of a response to that part of my question.
