Default Ground/Wiring issue?

I have recently replaced the driver front fender on my 1998 24v. It seem ever since then the turn signals + hazard lights, marker lights, headlights, wipers do not work. The hazard lights make the dash lights flicker. Obviously some sort of wiring issue or something I just do not know how to go about diagnosing/fixing it. Also when turn signals or hazard lights are turned on the relay will buzz.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You missed a ground somewhere. I think there is one on the radiator support, just to the right of the headlight housing. (if you were sitting in the truck.)

Default Update

Checked the grounds only one I could find is attached to the fender near the headlight. Cleaned it and replaced. No change.

Horn turns turn signals on both sides on. Running lights work but are extremely dim.
Washer spray button turns turn signal lights on steady.

Removing the ground entirely also brings the same results.

I suspect you pinched a wire somewhere. You can download the service manual for your truck from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. See what the various systems have in common on that side of the truck, and it should give you pretty good idea of where to start looking.
