Default 2000 8.0 V-10 Timing Cover Shot

Drove my truck & truck camper for a 600 mile round trip over 3 days, all good every day.
Parked it, 2 hours later came out, started to move it, CHECK Gauges ding & light.
Oil pressure ZERO.
Shut it down, investigated online forums on V-10 seeing I'm really a cummins guy.

Most say try sending unit and then dropped pan to check oil p-up, easy enough.
Oil p-up was maybe 50% clogged but certainly not remotely close to 100%.
Process of elimination, Has to be oil pump, right?
Pulled apart front of motor, appears the 2 rotors jammed and then the crank spun both and wiped out aluminum timing cover.
Anyone ever see or hear this happening before?

Any where to buy timing cover besides mopar online for $600?
Mopar shows one for a 2001 but pics look identical to my 2000, what can be different?

Thanks

Unsure on the V10 but I believe they are all the same (kind of like the V8s use the same timing cover). I do know through these forums that the running cover is a discontinued part and hard to find. Try car part (car part locator website) see if it's cheaper.

Part number is

53020971

With various two letter codes after. They are available here and there, but, they are NOT inexpensive. Rock Auto lists one for around 250, but, I don't think that is correct. I believe that one is listed wrong.
